Casa Miramar sits on the second floor of Tower 3 on the south side of Mareazul, surrounded by tropical gardens, walking paths and the relaxed atmosphere that makes slowing down feel pretty effortless.

The condo features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and space for up to 7 guests, with one King bed, two Queen beds and an additional Twin bed in the laundry area. With approximately 1,853 square feet, there’s plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, whether you’re having a meal together, relaxing after a beach day or simply doing your own thing for a while.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making everything from morning coffee to a casual dinner at home easy. You’ll also have air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and the everyday essentials that make settling in simple.

And then there’s the terrace.

This is not an oceanfront property with a wide-open direct ocean view, and we’d rather be clear about that. What you do get is a pleasant partial view of the Caribbean, framed by the tropical gardens and relaxed setting of Mareazul.

It’s the kind of view that works especially well with a cup of coffee in the morning, a cold drink in the afternoon or a few quiet minutes simply enjoying the breeze.

Whenever you’re ready to get out and explore, there’s plenty to do without going far.

Walk to the beach, spend the afternoon in Mareazul’s expansive pools, wander through the gardens or take advantage of the resort’s amenities. You’ll also find a fitness center, tennis and paddle courts, spa services, restaurants and other conveniences within the resort.

And when you’re ready for a change of scenery, Playa del Carmen is close enough for an easy outing. Head into town for dinner, explore Quinta Avenida, grab a drink or simply see where the evening takes you.

Casa Miramar is a great fit for families or groups who want space to enjoy time together, with enough room to retreat and recharge when they need it.

Because the best vacation days don’t always need a schedule.

  Mareazul is a pearl of a property. It is a beautiful complex with pools, lawns and water features in the center, and practically on a beautiful beach with sun umbrellas. The units (we rented 5 for our extended family) were in great shape, clean, well maintained, spacious. The two restaurants on site serve great casual food. The staff is fantastic. Anything that needed to be addressed was addressed immediately and efficiently.

  This beautiful apartment was as advertised in the pictures. It is beautiful, spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea and a 3 min walk to the beach. The resort is well kept, with staff around always. Buena vida were very helpful at all times and very quick to respond to any questions.

  The 5-night stay was perfect in this large 2-suite apartment close to the city of Playa del Carmen. The space is very large with a full and well-equipped kitchen. The condominium has 2 very good restaurants and an excellent swimming pool complex. It has a SPA, Fitness Center and Convenience Store.
