The sleeping arrangement is flexible and comfortable, with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and a sofa bed. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple who simply likes having extra room, everyone has a comfortable place to settle in.

The living and dining areas feel open and relaxed, with plenty of natural light and ocean views that naturally steal the show. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and everything you need for anything from an early breakfast to an easy dinner at home.

You’ll also have air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, Smart TV, a safe, and parking, along with a private balcony where you’ll probably end up spending more time than expected.

Because coffee just tastes a little better when the Caribbean is right in front of you.

And then there’s Mareazul. The resort features a huge infinity-style pool with jacuzzi areas, a gym, Zen spaces, massage and spa services, tennis and paddle courts, walking paths, and beach access through the resort’s lush green pathways. The beach is less than a 200-meter walk, so going from your morning coffee to your toes in the sand is surprisingly easy.

When you’re ready to eat, you won’t have to go far. Inside the resort, you’ll find Punto Azul by the pool and Faro Azul near the beach club. And if you feel like changing the scenery completely, Playa del Carmen is just a short drive away.

One of the best things about this location is that balance: you’re close enough to head out to Quinta Avenida, enjoy dinner, explore the city, or discover more of the Riviera Maya, but when you return to Mareazul, the pace feels completely different.

  We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Playa del Carmen—it was perfect for our family!
  
  The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It had everything we needed for a seamless stay, which made traveling with teenagers so much easier.
  
  The location was ideal—close enough to enjoy all the energy of downtown Playa del Carmen (just a quick 15 minutes away), but far enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. And the view... absolutely incredible. You truly can’t get much closer to the water. Waking up to that ocean view each day was a highlight of the trip.
  
  This place struck the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and location. It worked so well for our family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
