Bedrooms:
Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed and bathroom en suite.
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.

All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers a sofa bed at the Den area.
A balcony or Covered Lanai.

Living, Dining:
The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a smart HDTV, free wireless internet in all rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.


Other Condo amenities include:
washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

  Property was very clean and close to all attractions. Definitely as advertised. Cleaning crew was still inside when we arrived at 4:00 p.m., but they quickly finished while we brought in our luggage. The middle bedroom's ceiling fan and light was not working but due to cooler weather it was not needed. Other light switches throughout seemed to be broken or not working as well but lamps were sufficient and overall the condo was very nice and in a perfect location. Will definitely keep in mind for any future trips.

  I've stayed at numerous short term rental properties, and this condo was as spacious, clean, and well appointed as any. It's centrally located near International Drive, has ample free parking, grocery shopping and restaurants are nearby, and the nearby pool and walking trail are a bonus. Would defintely put this at the top of my list for a return to the Orlando area!

  Entering the unit we found the A/C, lights and TV were all on for our arrival, and fresh face towels and bath towels placed on all beds. All of which generating a welcoming feeling. Additionally, the condo appears it might have been professionally decorated, given the impression of entering a builder’s model. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, although we would strongly suggest the owner add some pot holders and a measuring cup.

  Hi-- we spent 4 days at the Casa Maya Deluxe Condo over memorial day, visiting Disney as a high school graduation present for our daughter. There were seven of us staying over Memorial Day weekend.
  
  The condo is beautiful, huge, clean, and has everything you would need for an extended stay. We fit comfortably, and the apartment was nicely appointed. It is luxurious.
  
  It is 20 or so minutes from Disney, there is plenty of shopping nearby, and the grounds are beautiful.
  
  Monica was super helpful and easy to do business with. We had a bunch of questions and she was always prompt in her reply. Getting access to the apartment (through a key code) was super easy and more convenient than having to mail a key back and forth.
  
  We were surprised in a good way at how nice and large it was, how easy Monica was to work with, and what a nice time we had. *HIGHLY* recommend!
