professionally and tastefully decorated ,nice accessories this is an exceptional condo where no expense has been spared we have considered every comfort for our guests It is completely equipped, with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands.
Bedrooms : Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.

The second master bedroom has a king sized bed,
and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.
All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs.
This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers an extra sectional sofa at the Den area

it has a Covered Lanai

Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50 inch smart HDTV,
free wireless internet in all rooms.

There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

  The property is spacious, well furnished and is ideally located alongside Lake Cay. The balcony overlooks the lake and allows viewing of spectacular sunset vistas. Grocery store (Publix), pizza, Chinese, burger and bakery restaurants, and pharmacy (Walgreens) are within walking distance. Florida Mall and Wall-Mart are a short driving distance. Close to Universal Studios and Convention Centre. Disney is not too far. Airport is within fifteen to twenty minutes. There is a nice recreation centre within the property that has a pool, hot water spa and a bar/snack place.
  
  The place is equipped with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools which are quite adequate for short stays but these need to be supplemented for longer stays. For example, there are no serving platters and baking dishes are sparse. The staff is quite responsive, however, when asked to provide more stuff.
  
  The balcony furniture was a great disappointment and needs to be refurbished. One of the lounging chairs was broken and the settee was creaky -- you sat on it at your own peril! This marred our experience. if the balcony furniture were renewed/replaced, it would make this place ideal.
  
  Because of balcony and kitchen equipment issues, we have rated this property as four stars. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a five-star one.

The location is great, about 10 min from Universal it to our surprise there was a Chick Fil-A right across and the street and a Publix shopping plaza with other restaurants also within walking distance.

  This is our 3rd rental with Monica, first in this unit. It was beautiful and SO clean. The only issue we had was the beds were very hard. That could be personal preference, but to us they were not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was really great. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. We have been staying at Vista Cay for about 11 years now and Monica's units are really the best.

  From the moment we booked the communication was quick and efficient. Having the App available for any questions we had and all information needed was wonderful. The Condo is absolutely beautiful and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Corner unit with great view of the lake.   3 of us women shared this condo while in Orlando for a week long conference. We wanted a place where we could wake-up in the morning and have our coffee while catching up on work, etc, and be able to get away from the hotels where thousands of conference goers would be staying.
