Bedrooms:Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.

The second master bedroom has a king sized bed,
and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.
All bedrooms have new HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers sofa bed at the Den area a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World.

Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 55 inch smart HDTV,
free wireless internet in all rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

  The experience was very good overall. Location was very centric and easily accessible. The check in process and check out process is smooth. I loved not having to stand in a registration desk on arrival.
  Sheets on beds were not very smooth. This can easily be solved (repeated washing has led to degradation and "balls" forming in the fabric).

  This beautiful condo was great! Plenty of room for our group of five adults. The pool and fitness area was a nice amenity. So close to grocery and liquor stores.
  A plethora of restaurants and activities is just a short drive away.
  Only improvement would be a few extra towels and dishcloths.

  It is a VERY nice 3 bedroom apartment! There is plenty of space to spread out. You are off the beaten path, so getting around is easy while everything is still close enough to get to also. The kitchen is not equipped for "baking", but is fine for mac and cheese and light cooking.
