Deluxe condo sleeps 8. 2,100 sq.ft and is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit that has a Den with a large sectional.
We refurnished the whole unit. EVERYTHING IS NEW starting August 2016.
Professionally and tastefully decorated with nice accessories. This is an exceptional condo where no expense has been spared and we have considered every comfort for our guests.
It is completely spotless and equipped, with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands.

Bedrooms:
Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and with a bathroom en suite.
The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 new full-sized beds.

All bedrooms have a new flat-panel HDTVs.
This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers an extra sectional sofa at the Den area.

Living, Dining:
The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 60 inch smart HDTV, and free wireless internet in all the rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out? No problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include:
washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park, and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

  The apartment was clean and well presented. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well.
  
  The balcony had lovely views and I would have loved sitting out there longer if the furniture out there was newer and more comfortable.
  
  The master bathroom was huge with a separate bath and shower. There was a little bit of mould around the door trim but nothing major. The bathroom would also benefit from more towel rails and hooks for bathrobes etc.
  
  The apartment has four big televisions that have Netflix etc, which is great. However, you need to sign in to your own accounts and make sure you sign out at the end of your stay (other people's accounts were signed in when we arrived).
  
  There is an app that you are meant to use which contains everything you need to know. Unfortunately my app did not work so did not have access to all these details. A folder of information would have been helpful.
  
  In summary, there are a few things that could be improved but I still loved my stay and look forward to staying there again.

  Casa Del Lago Penthouse was just as it was described and pictured! It was very spacious, the beds were super comfy, the decor was modern, it was clean, it has a nice size patio with a great view of the lake, it's in a great location & the complex itself was very clean & kept. The two small complaints I have are that the outdoor furniture is old and worn and needs replaced (one chair had a large bolt sticking out of it). Then, the smoke alarm in the master bedroom started beeping in the middle of the night. I emailed the property manager who was quick to reply but unfortunately it ended up taking two emails and two days to get this rectified. Thankfully, my husband was able to disconnect it. I would still recommend this property though. If you are looking for a quick meal, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burgers & the Sushi place (all by Publix) were all very good!

  Walking in the door we were blown away by the high end decor and perfectly laid out floor plan.Unit has everything you need,very nicely done!Location was perfect for Disney parks, Sea World and a drive to the beaches. There are plenty of very good places to eat and lots to do within a few blocks to a few miles. Having the app to check in and for anything we needed info on was nice. They even have a iPad set up with tons of info waiting for your arrival. Only thing I would add is softer pillows to sleep on would be better than the overly firm pillows that were there.

  This casa Del Lago Penthouse was fabulous ,From the furniture to the lighting its well designed bedding luxury and very comfortable Stayed here for 16 nights in september 2018 4 adults, Lots of room and very well maintained everything you need , overlooking the lake and in a great spot . We walked to international drive 20 minutes along the lakeside to all the lovely restaurants and bars and a cab back costing about £4 lovely pool area gym and a large supermarket in walking distance ... We had a fabulous stay , only down side is the balcony could do with a revamp and a fresh paint , I would stay here again and think its one of the nicest in vistacay Iv been visiting florida for 15 years and would really recommend this place

  We stayed at Casa del Lago for five nights. Check-in was seamless with updates via email and later, through the management company app. Property was in spotless condition upon arrival, and seemed even bigger than described. Nice open family spaces and a large patio overlooking the lake was a serene way to take in day’s beginning or end. Master suite bed was on the hard side, so be aware depending on your comfort choice. Also take to heart the comments that you’re not provided with much, but the Publix next door will help with that. All in all, a nicely appointed condo with warm decor that is a fantastic and cost-effective substitute to on-site options at the resorts.

  Great place to stay during our trip to Universal with kids and grandkids. The entire property was lovely, including pool and clubhouse area. Able to make some of our own meals, supermarket is next door to community. The only downside I would say, would be no access of large network affiliates - CBS, NBC, ABC - although they did have Netflix and other on demand type shows. We live in the Tampa area, so probably most folks will not be watching TV much on vacation. They have a lovely, large balcony to sit and relax outside, as well. Definitely a 5 star stay!
